| Q: | Why can't it be paired between a mobile phone and Bluetooth transmitter? |
| A: | 1) Confirm whether the product is in pairing status: the product indicator light flashes red and blue alternately. If the blue indicator light of the product flashes once every 5 seconds, it may be in reconnection status; please turn off other Bluetooth devices, or restore the product to factory settings before pairing. |
| 2) If you want to pair two mobile phones in RX mode, you need to turn off the audio device first and successfully connect the two mobile phones before you can perform other operations. | |
| Q: | Can Bluetooth adapters and musical instruments work together? |
| A: | NOT recommended, most instrument require 2.4G transfer to achieve audio signal synchronization. Additionally, it is not compatible with hearing aids. |
| Q: | Does the product support making calls and voice calls? |
| A: | Not supported in tranmitter mode, but supported in receiver mode. |
| Q: | Will the product shut down automatically? |
| A: | If there is no connection for more than 5 minutes, it will automatically shut down to save battery power. |
